OBJECTIVES

This workshop is about understanding yourself – what motivates you, how you learn and how you behave in the workplace. It will also help participants to review how they relate to others and understand the impact they have on their teams and organisation. This understanding will provide the basis for reviewing personal effectiveness and considering ways to develop personal effectiveness in the future.

Audience and goals:

General managers. After attending the seminar participants will have a deep grasp of the following issues:

1. Understand personal style and produce a personal development plan.

2. Understand and apply a range of communication and influencing styles.
3. Learn how to recognise others’ styles and connect with them.

4. Improve their ability to communicate.

5. Develop personal strategies that optimise strengths, acknowledge unique qualities and maximise efforts.

TRAINING METHODS

Qualitative Discussion-Oriented Lectures; Specific exercises and simulation games.

Day 2: 09:00-16:00

• Session 4: Group Activity – Concluding Remarks.

• Wrap-Up and point forward to the next change
